Interactive Santa cards

Hello again,

I am trying to post every card I make and as the winter season is approaching fast, I make more than usual 🙂 The below ones I dreamt last year but I never managed to make them. So here they are:

I started with creating the background: I took my oldest ever background stamp with snowflakes (I guess it is Sizzix but I don’t even remember), stamped with Versamark and embossed with clear sparkle embossing powder (Judikins). Then I added distress inks with a sponge applicator. When it was dry, I die cut it with a stitched rectangle die from SSS.

The dancing Santa image is from my all time favorite Jingle all the way stamp set from MFT. I coloured it with Shinhan alcohol markers, added some clear shimmer with Spectrum Noir shimmer pen and I used a gold gel pen on the belt. I attached the die cut images with action wobbles so Santa can really make the happy dance.

On one card the sentiment is from the same stamp set, stamped in red and Versamark on top, embossed with clear embossing powder and die cut with a stitched banner die.

On the other one I used the SSS Believe die, cut 3 times from white cardstock and once from a shimmery white to match the snowflakes in the background.

I wish all interactive cards would be so easy to make as this one. These action wobbles are a great touch to make an otherwise simple card so special. I cannot stop playing with them 🙂

Ma egy játékos ötletet hoztam, sajnos a műanyag rugó (action wobble), amit használtam Amerikából érkezett, magyar boltban még nem találtam.

A hátteret készítettem el először egy hópelyhes (azt hiszem Sizzix) háttérbélyegzővel, Versamark tintával és átlátszó csillámos domborítóporral hődomborítottam. Distress tintákkal és egy szivacsos applikátorral színeztem átmenetesre, majd egy öltésmintás vágósablonnal méretre vágtam. A táncoló télapó egy MFT szettből való, Shinhan alkoholos filcekkel színeztem majd a hozzátartozó sablonnal kivágtam. Egy kis átlátszó csillámos toll és egy arany zselés toll segítségével hangsúlyoztam néhány részletet, maj az öntapadós műanyag rugóval felragasztottam a hátteremre.

Az egyik lapon a felirat hődomborítással készült, a másikon sablonnal vágott és egymásra rétegzett feliratot használtam. Ha megpöckölöm a télapó lábát, akkor rezeg, olyan mintha tényleg táncolna. Nagyon jópofa élőben.
