Santa Bunny in town

It has been almost a week since my last post, my kids are sick (chicken pox, flu etc) and life got out of normal a bit. But today I am popping in with a cute bunny card for Christmas.

The bunny I coloured a while ago for Kathy Racoosin’s 30 day coloring challenge and I wanted to  put her on a card. The image is from Mama Elephant (Pix’s Holidays) coloured with Shinhan alcohol markers, added details with a white gel pen, a black glaze pen, some clear shimmer pen from Spectrum Noir and a Sakura clear glitter pen.

I also added glossy accent on the clothing and the ribbon.

To make the scene for my santa bunny, I die cut a circle from silver metallic cardstock, added a white stitched hillside border for the snow and three iridescent snowflake sequin from Simon Says Stamp. I covered up the glue with tiny white glitter enamel drops.

The sentiment is a die from MFT, cut from velvety red cardstock, glued on a stitched strip of white cardstock. I chose a pretty Lawn Fawn plaid patterned paper for the background which matched the colouring of the bunny.

I will play along with this card in the SSS Monday Challenge Trio-tastic and SSS Wednesday Challenge Christmas to die for.

Sajnálom, hogy mostanában nem volt időm magyar posztokra, remélem azért nem adtátok fel a reményt. Ma egy nyuszi-mikulásos lapot hoztam nektek.

A nyuszit (Mama Elephant) egy amerikai szinezős kihívásra színeztem Shinhan alkoholos filcekkel, a részleteket fehér zselés tollal, Sakura átlátszó csillámos tollal és fekete glaze-pen-nel emeltem ki, na és persze nem tudtam megállni, hogy ne használjak egy jó adag Glossy Accent-et 🙂 A havas háttér megteremtéséhez egy ezüst metal kartonból kört vágtam, erre került egy bordűrvágóval vágott fehér csík hó gyanánt. Három irizáló hópehely flitter teszi még ünepibbé a lapot, aminek a közepébe fehér csillámos epoxy matricát ragasztottam. A feliratot piros bársonyhatású kartonból vágtam, felragasztottam egy fehér öltésmintás karton csíkra. Háttérnek egy szép kék-fehér mintás papírt választottam.
