Happy Monday Everyone,
It is time for a new inspiration for the ongoing Inky Paws Challenges #61.
The given sketch made me think of a tag on a card design. I love this set-up, and it gave me a chance to try the lovely Snowfall stencil with some glimmer paste. Gorgeous icy look!
Until my background was drying, I made the tag: I die cut the stitched tag from Simon Says Stamp from Bristol Smooth cardstock and dressed it up with a green stitched topper and a stitched white reinforcer (all part of the die set).
Then I stamped the Santa on the train from the All aboard for Christmas stamp set. I used my Zig Clean Colour Real Brush pens to colour it. I added a bit of sparkle and glossy accents here and there.
The sentiment I stamped on a red striped tiny piece of paper with black ink and adhered it to the tag along with a thin strip of gold glitter paper. I added a black banner to the back of it and used 3D foam tape to adhere it to the snowflake background.
I gave a red mat to it all and layered it on a white card base. A little lollipop button and a piece of gold ribbon finished it off.
I will link this project to the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Icy Inspiration.
I hope you like my card and got inspired to play along with us at the Inky Paws Challenges. You have until Friday to upload your project to be eligible to win the 20 USD gift certificate to the NND online store. Hope to see your creations there.
See you soon,
Zsofi
