Newton’s Nook Designs November Release – DAY 1

Hello Everyone,

I am super excited to share with you my inspiration for the first day of Newton’s Nook Designs November Release! It is full of winter fun, today our team showcases the Snowmen Party stamp set which perfectly coordinates with the previously released Frames Squared die set. All new products will be available on Friday, 15/11!

For my card I stamped the image with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with silver embossing powder. I used Tombow markers to add colour.

I trimmed around the coloured image with my paper trimmer leaving a bit of white frame. I matted it with a light blue scalloped stitched square which I cut with the Frames Squared die set.

The background is a snowflake patterned paper from Doodlebug Designs, I popped up the focal panel on this with 3D foam squares.

As a finishing touch I added pink twine on the top of the card and used glossy accents on the buttons and carrot noses.
