For my card I stamped and coloured the cute little snowman on Copic friendly white cardstock so I could use Copic markers for colouring. I went with cold tones to enhance the winter chill. I cut him out with the coordinating die.
To set a little scene I used the Frames and Flags die set to cut a mint green scalloped rectangle and the rounded small rectangle from a Doodlebug patterned paper. I also cut a white mat in-between and a snowbank from white glitter cardstock using the Land border die. I assembled the layers on a dark brown card base and popped up the snowman with 3D foam squares.
The sentiment I stamped on a small banner cut with the Banner Trio die set. I used a Catherine Pooler ink in matching colour. I added a stitched blue banner under it for more interest.
Instead of little blings I decided to embellish the background with the little snowflakes from the stamp set: I white heat embossed a couple of them randomly.
I added clear shimmer to the accssories and used a black glaze pen on the eyes. The heart, nose, beak and buttons I covered with glossy accents and added a bit of Stickles to the snowy parts to match the glittery look of the snowbank.
