Life was a but busier than expected thanks to a quarantine in my kids’ school before the winter break and I had no time to post the cards I still wanted to share. So you may still see some Holiday cards from me in the next few weeks, I hope you don’t mind.
On today’s card I used mostly Lawn Fawn and Newton’s Nook Designs stamps and dies. First I stamped the cute critters from the LF Cheery Christmas set and coloured them with Copic markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
I die cut the postage stamp die (NND Frameworks) from Neenah Desert Storm cardstock and white heat embossed the NND Snowfall Roundabout stamp in the upper part. I also die cut a circle from white glitter cardstock and trimmed it down to look like a snowbank. I assembled the little winter scene.
The sentiment is from LF Winter Scripty Sentiments, stamped in red. I added red twine above it before adhering it to a white A2 sized note card.
Of course I had to cover the ornaments with clear shimmer and glossy accents, I just love the dimension and shine I get this way.
I will upload this card to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Sparkle and Shine.
I hope you enjoyed this clean design and will pop in to see more of my creations. I have ambitious plans for 2021 and I want you to be part of my crafty journey. Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate and have a relaxing time for those of you who don’t. Let the love fill our days!
